Prohibits state agencies, counties, municipalities, and political subdivisions from publicly disclosing home addresses and personal phone numbers of judges, magistrates, prosecutors, law enforcement officers (active or retired), and their immediate family members

Allows disclosure of protected information when required by federal law, court order, law enforcement purposes, sealed subpoenas, election officials (kept non-public), or with the individual's consent

Requires public bodies to redact personal residential information from public-facing records upon request by covered individuals

Creates civil remedies for violations, including injunctive relief, actual damages, and recovery of attorney's fees and court costs

Preserves First Amendment protections by explicitly not restricting lawful newsgathering, private speech, or access to information obtained from non-governmental sources
