Amends West Virginia Code §18A-4-2 to establish a new State Minimum Salary Schedule for classroom teachers effective for school year 2024-2025 and continuing thereafter.

Starting salaries range from $39,057 for teachers with a 4th Class certificate and no experience to $47,301 for teachers with a Doctorate and no experience.

Maximum salaries at 35 years of experience range from $50,785 (4th Class certificate) to $65,695 (Doctorate degree).

Teachers with at least 20 years of experience receive an additional $600 annually, paid in equal monthly installments on top of the salary schedule amounts.

Salary increases based on both years of experience (0-35 years) and education level across 10 classification categories from 4th Class through Doctorate.
