Requires all West Virginia public schools (K-12) and accredited higher education institutions to record the immigration status and nationality of every enrolled student.

Defines five immigration status categories: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, non-immigrants (temporary visa holders), "illegal aliens" (those without proper authorization), and refugees/asylees.

Mandates annual publication of aggregated demographic data on student immigration status and nationality by school districts and higher education institutions.

Requires the State Superintendent of Public Instruction to publish the collected immigration and nationality data on the Department of Education's website.

Applies to all public and private accredited universities, colleges, community colleges, and public career technical schools in West Virginia.
