Applies to renewals of existing licenses and newly issued licenses after the 2026 legislative session

Amends West Virginia Code §61-7-4 governing the process for obtaining a license to carry deadly weapons

All other existing license requirements remain unchanged, including the $50 resident fee, $100 non-resident fee, age 21 minimum, background check requirements, and handgun training course completion
