Commemorates the life of Senator Tony Eugene Whitlow (May 9, 1933 - 2025), born in Kellysville, West Virginia, who served in the Korean War from 1953-1955 and was married for 70 years to Rebecca Jane Blankenship Whitlow

Served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1970-1982, winning five elections, then served in the West Virginia Senate from the 10th district from 1984-1992

Held leadership positions including Chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee, Vice Chairman of the Senate Natural Resources Committee, and President pro Tempore during the 68th and 69th Legislatures

Founded the "Those Who Served War Museum" to honor veterans and worked as a local government official helping citizens recover unclaimed properties

Directs the Clerk of the House to send copies of the resolution to his widow Rebecca and children Valerie and Curtis
