West Virginia House of Delegates urges the U.S. Department of Justice and FBI to conduct a full, unredacted, and transparent investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates

Calls for release of all non-classified records, filings, communications, and evidence related to the Epstein investigation, including identities of individuals implicated through sworn testimony or documented evidence

Requests special attention to any individuals with ties to West Virginia, including public officials, political appointees, donors, and business entities operating within the state

Encourages cooperation between federal authorities and state investigative bodies if evidence implicates violations of West Virginia law

Directs the Clerk to transmit copies to the U.S. Attorney General, FBI Director, West Virginia's Congressional Delegation, and the Governor
