Requests Congress create a combined investigative task force to examine the origins of and response to the COVID-19 pandemic, coordinating with state, national, and international investigations

Recommends the task force be empowered to refer criminal charges to appropriate authorities where warranted

Cites concerns about adverse vaccine reactions including myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clotting, strokes, and death among vaccinated individuals

References harms to individuals who refused vaccination, including employment termination, discriminatory treatment, and forced medical treatment without consent

Calls for corrective actions to address pandemic recovery, prevent future pandemics, and hold accountable entities responsible for the pandemic and response failures
