Increases the maximum number of children allowed in informal family child care settings from 3 children to 12 children

Changes the child count to exclude children living in the caregiver's household, rather than including them in the total

Removes the previous age restriction that limited the count to children under six years of age

Amends West Virginia Code §49-1-206, which defines terms related to child advocacy, care, residential, and treatment programs
