Requires the Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) to accept premium payments from political subdivisions by credit card, in addition to existing payment methods like cash, check, money order, and electronic funds transfer

Amends the State Purchasing Card Program to explicitly authorize its use for premium payments to PEIA

Expands accepted payment methods for political subdivisions to include credit cards and state purchasing cards when paying PEIA premiums
