Establishes a $15,000 annual commission for sheriffs after collecting 85 percent of combined real and personal property taxes assessed in their county

Requires the county commission to determine how the sheriff's commission compensation is allocated

Commission costs are charged against the various tax funds from which taxes are collected

Commission becomes part of the sheriff's regular budgeted annual compensation, paid according to existing state code provisions (§7-7-9)
