Renames the Coal Fired Grid Stabilization and Security Act of 2023 to the "Affordable Electricity and Economic Growth Act of 2026" and expands its scope to include coke production facilities for steelmaking alongside coal electric generation projects.

Directs the Department of Economic Development to identify and designate economically viable sites for both coal-fired power plants and coke production facilities based on proximity to coal deposits, transportation infrastructure, and air quality compliance.

Requires the Public Service Commission to adjudicate siting certificate applications for designated sites within 270 calendar days, streamlining the regulatory approval process.

Mandates the Department of Economic Development submit a preliminary report by December 31, 2026, identifying at least four potential locations each for coal electrical generation and coke production, with geographic distribution requirements north and south of Interstate 64.

Establishes ongoing requirements to designate at least one additional site per year for each facility type over the subsequent five years, with no more than 60% of total sites located above or below Interstate 64.
