Restricts criminal conviction grounds for license denial to only convictions related to healthcare practice, rather than any felony within five years

Expands the Board from nine members to include a licensed Radiation Therapy Technologist and changes composition requirements, including reducing radiologist representation from two to one

Transfers regulatory authority over radiologist assistants from the Board of Medicine to the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board, and significantly expands the detailed scope of practice for radiologic technologists to 41 specific functions including medication administration, venipuncture, and AI implementation
