Requires the board of a public service district being dissolved, sold, or merged to cooperate with the county commission in selling district assets and execute any necessary transfer documents

Eliminates the requirement for notice, hearing, and board approval when a county commission has already ordered dissolution and received Public Service Commission approval for the sale or merger

Maintains the existing requirement that at least 60% of board members must approve any sale, lease, or rental of water, sewer, stormwater, or gas systems to municipalities, private utilities, or adjacent districts

Requires proceeds from any sale to first pay outstanding bonds and obligations, then reimburse contributors for construction costs, with remaining funds going to the county commission's general fund
