Amends West Virginia's food and drug adulteration law to create an exception allowing seven synthetic food dyes (FD&C Blue No. 1, Blue No. 2, Green No. 3, Red No. 3, Red No. 40, Yellow No. 5, and Yellow No. 6) in dietary supplements

These dyes are otherwise classified as "poisonous or injurious to health" under the state's existing adulteration statute, alongside butylated hydroxyanisole and propylparaben

Dietary supplements are defined according to the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. Section 231(ff))

The changes would take effect on January 1, 2028
