County commissions may file actions in magistrate court or place judgment liens to collect delinquent special emergency ambulance service fees without paying associated court costs and fees

If a court determines the delinquent fee is lawfully owed, all court fees for collection are imposed on the delinquent person rather than the county

County commissions may nominate a representative to perform the collection duties on their behalf

The bill amends §7-18-17 of the West Virginia Code relating to the Emergency Ambulance Service Act of 1975
