Requires West Virginia Natural Resources police officers to obtain a warrant or explicit/implied permission from the landowner or lessee before entering private property while performing official duties

Creates an exception allowing warrantless entry onto private land when probable cause exists for responding to emergency situations, accidents, or other imminent threats to public safety requiring immediate intervention

Amends §20-7-4 of the West Virginia Code governing the powers and duties of Natural Resources police officers
