Requires private labels to be registered and approved by the commissioner before sale, and prohibits designs that encourage intemperance or appeal to persons under 21

Limits private label beer purchases to 1,000 cases (288,000 ounces) annually per brand, with all beer barrel taxes paid by the brewer or manufacturer

Mandates that private label versions of existing beer brands be sold at the regular posted price with no discounts or incentives to purchasing licensees

Prohibits cross-promotion between brewers and licensees and bars brewers from furnishing anything of value to licensees in connection with private label arrangements
