Mandates updating the child welfare data dashboard with child fatality and near fatality information within 48 hours of an incident, including date, child's sex, and age

Requires the Office of Inspector General to submit an initial report within 75 days of a fatality or near fatality to the Legislative Oversight Commission, with updated reports every 90 days and a final annual report by December 1

Adds the Commissioner of the Bureau for Social Services as a regular member of the Critical Incident Review Team rather than as chairperson
