Prohibits 23 additional food additives from school meals effective August 1, 2027, including titanium dioxide, BHT, BHA, potassium bromate, and artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, and acesulfame K

Limits added sugars to no more than 5% of daily calories in school nutrition programs starting August 1, 2027

Requires school meals to contain a minimum ratio of one gram of fiber for every 10 grams of carbohydrates, effective August 1, 2027

Schools must post breakfast and lunch menus with complete ingredient lists on their websites beginning August 1, 2027
