Appropriates $5 million in supplemental funding to the West Virginia Department of Agriculture Capital Improvements Fund (fund 1413) for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026

Allocates $2,330,000 for buildings and $1,150,000 for equipment purchases

Provides $750,000 for repairs and alterations to existing facilities

Includes $490,000 for current expenses and $280,000 for other assets

Draws from unappropriated Treasury balance at the Governor's request through the Executive branch
