Defines "chemical abortion" as the use or prescription of an abortion-inducing drug dispensed with intent to cause an abortion

Pregnancy help organizations (crisis pregnancy centers, maternity homes, adoption agencies) would be eligible to receive program funds for abortion pill reversal services

Abortion industry organizations remain prohibited from receiving any funding through this program
