Directs the entire $6,000,000 appropriation to be transferred to the Bring Them Home Fund

Draws funding from the unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue

Introduced at the request of the Executive (Governor) following submission of the Executive Budget Document on January 14, 2026
