Provides service personnel with a 25 percent cumulative pay raise distributed across the same five-year period.

Teacher salary schedules range from $39,057 for entry-level 4th Class certification to $65,176+ for 34 years experience with a Doctorate, with incremental increases based on education credentials (4th Class through Doctorate) and years of service (0-34+).
