Appropriates $3,400,000 from General Revenue surplus to William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital (fund 0413) for capital outlay, repairs, and equipment for fiscal year 2026.

Appropriates $4,304,000 from General Revenue surplus to Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital (fund 0414) for capital outlay, repairs, and equipment for fiscal year 2026.

Total supplemental appropriation of $8,704,000 across three Department of Health Facilities institutions, funded from unappropriated surplus balance in the State Treasury.
