Requires the office to respond to entrepreneur inquiries within 48 hours and mandates state agencies designate a point of contact for the office within 48 hours of request

Appropriates $175,000 annually from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2026 and July 1, 2027 to fund the new office

Mandates annual reports to the Joint Standing Committee on Economic Development beginning two years after creation, including startup data, national rankings comparisons, and policy recommendations

Authorizes the office to generate revenue through fee-based events, publications, and programs while keeping government liaison services free to entrepreneurs
