Adds edible forms (lozenges and gelatins only) to the list of allowable medical cannabis products in West Virginia, which previously included pills, oils, topicals, tinctures, liquids, and dermal patches

Limits edible potency to 10 milligrams of THC per single serving with no more than 15 percent potency variance, and restricts edibles to basic geometric shapes (square, circle, rectangle, triangle, parallelogram, oval, or diamond)

Prohibits edibles from containing color additives, resembling commercial candy, bearing markings other than a universal symbol, or being decorated with icing or toppings to prevent appeal to children

Requires processors to obtain bureau approval for each edible product before production, including submission of pictures demonstrating compliance with packaging and labeling requirements

Mandates that dispensaries report medical cannabis dispensing to the Controlled Substance Monitoring Program Database, adding medical cannabis to existing reporting requirements for Schedule II-V controlled substances
