Allows individuals petitioning to restore firearms rights under West Virginia law to also request restoration of the right to serve on a jury in the same petition

Establishes automatic restoration of both jury service and firearms rights for first-time nonviolent felony offenders upon completion of parole, probation, or imprisonment

Excludes from automatic restoration anyone convicted of violent felonies, crimes against children, animal cruelty felonies, offenses involving deadly weapons, or felonies punishable by life imprisonment

Permits eligible individuals to file a petition for documentation of their restored rights without requiring a court hearing, though courts may request verification documents

Requires the Attorney General to publish guidance on concealed weapon laws and rights restoration by January 1, 2027
