A pilot study estimated a $10.00 stamp could generate approximately $37,000 in revenue, assuming half of the roughly 7,300 licensed hunters would purchase it

Revenue from the stamp would fund stocking additional game birds throughout West Virginia to grow the sport's popularity

Committee must report findings, conclusions, recommendations, and draft legislation to the 2027 regular legislative session
