Designates March 6, 2026, as Mingo County Day at the West Virginia Legislature

Recognizes Mingo County as the youngest county in West Virginia, formed in 1895 and named after the Mingo Indians, an Iroquoian group who migrated from New York

Highlights the county's coal mining history, including the West Virginia Mine Wars (1912-1922) and the Battle of Matewan (1920) involving the Baldwin-Felts Detective Agency

Acknowledges the county's tourism industry featuring the Hatfield-McCoy Trail, King Coal Festival, Matewan Historic District (National Historic Landmark), and over 100 miles of hiking trails

Directs the Senate Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the Tug Valley Chamber of Commerce
