Prohibits Wyoming state and local governments from enacting laws that require pregnancy centers to perform, offer, or refer for abortions, abortion-inducing drugs, or contraception

Bars government entities from requiring pregnancy centers to post materials promoting abortion or contraception, or from counseling in favor of these services

Protects pregnancy centers from government interference with staffing and hiring decisions, allowing centers to employ only those who affirm the center's pro-life mission

Defines "pregnancy center" as a private nonprofit organization that promotes childbirth and alternatives to abortion while providing resources, counseling, and referrals related to pregnancy and parenting

Authorizes pregnancy centers or aggrieved individuals to bring civil actions seeking injunctive, equitable, or declaratory relief for violations; effective July 1, 2026
