Authorizes the Director of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources to establish and collect fees by rule for nonresident admission to the Wyoming State Museum, museum-related events, and other museum services

Collected fees must be deposited into the museum enterprise fund (renamed from the department of commerce enterprise fund)

Expenditures from the museum enterprise fund require legislative appropriation

Effective date: July 1, 2026
