Amends Wyoming's hit-and-run law to require drivers knowingly involved in accidents resulting in injury or death to stop at the scene, adding a mens rea element to the offense

Creates a two-tiered penalty structure based on severity of harm to victims

Establishes a misdemeanor for accidents resulting in bodily injury: up to 1 year imprisonment, fine up to $5,000, or both

Establishes a felony for accidents resulting in death or serious bodily injury: up to 5 years imprisonment, fine up to $10,000, or both

Effective date: July 1, 2026
