Qualified electors may bring civil lawsuits against political subdivisions alleging bond questions failed to meet the true and impartial language requirement

Challenged bonds cannot be issued until a court enters final judgment and all appeals are exhausted or appeal deadlines expire

Political subdivisions must notify county clerks at least 110 days before a bond election with the election date and bond question
