Appropriates $9.4 million total: $4.7 million from the general fund and $4.7 million from federal funds to the Department of Health

Department of Health must report to legislative committees by October 31, 2027 on additional costs incurred and provide recommendations for future reimbursement rate modifications

Unexpended funds revert on June 30, 2028, with legislative intent that appropriations be included in the standard budget for the following biennium
