Appropriates $2,186,997 from Water Development Account I for nine Level I reconnaissance studies including water master plans for Grover, Kemmerer-Diamondville, Laramie, Medicine Bow, Pine Bluffs, Superior, Worland, and Yoder, plus $374,997 for the UW Water Research Program

Appropriates $327,000 for a Level II feasibility study on Bedford and Turnerville Regional Supply in Lincoln County, and $470,000 for the Shoshone Irrigation District Master Plan rehabilitation study in Park County

Appropriates $528,000 for Level II rehabilitation feasibility studies covering Casper Alcova Irrigation District lateral rehabilitation ($308,000) and Wheatland source and transmission evaluation ($220,000)

Allocates $175,000 to fund the Office of Water Programs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028

Extends the Nowood River Storage–Alkali Creek project deadline by two years to July 1, 2027, with an additional $1,575,000 appropriation bringing the total project funding to $5,995,000
