Requires ballots and election materials to be stored in sealed containers under continuous video surveillance for at least 24 months, with documented chain of custody for all transfers including date, time, and persons involved

Establishes mandatory ballot reconciliation at each stage of the election process, comparing issued, cast, spoiled, provisional, and unused ballots; unresolved discrepancies may result in affected election results being declared null and void

Applies to all Wyoming elections after January 1, 2026, with the Secretary of State required to adopt rules based on USCase.org "Gold Standard Elections" guidelines and establish standardized training curriculum for election officials
