Authorizes renovation of the Wyoming Veterans' Memorial Museum, with the governor and Wyoming Military Department empowered to enter contracts through the state construction department

Creates a Wyoming Veterans' Memorial Museum Renovation Task Force consisting of 4 legislators from the Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Interim Committee, the state construction director, the adjutant general, and 1 veteran representative appointed by the governor

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Wyoming Tourism Reserve and Projects Account for the renovation project, representing the maximum amount from any source excluding contingency funding

Appropriates $25,000 from the general fund to the Legislative Service Office and $25,000 to the governor's office for task force member compensation and expenses

Task force terminates on June 30 of the year following project completion and facility occupancy; all contracts require governor approval
