Amends W.S. 17-19-701(c) and 17-19-702(d) to authorize members of nonprofit corporations to participate in annual, regular, and special membership meetings remotely using any means of communication allowing simultaneous interaction

Members participating remotely are deemed present in person at the meeting unless the corporation's articles or bylaws provide otherwise

Applies to membership meetings occurring on and after July 1, 2026

Includes a retroactive protection clause stating that remote participation in meetings held before the effective date shall not be considered improper

Effective date: July 1, 2026
