Director of the Wyoming Department of Audit must post financial reports from counties, cities, towns, special districts, and other entities on the department's website by December 31 each year

Special district budgets must be posted within 30 days after they are due to the department

Annual audits submitted under W.S. 9-1-507 and W.S. 16-4-121 must be posted within 30 days after the audit deadline

Amends W.S. 9-1-507 by adding new subsection (o) establishing these website posting requirements

Effective immediately upon becoming law
