Tertiary oil production from projects certified by the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission between July 1, 2026 and July 1, 2031 is exempt from severance taxes for 5 years from the date of first tertiary production

Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission and the department must submit annual reports by November 1 each year from 2026 through 2036

Reports must include production amounts, number of qualifying operators and wells, severance taxes paid and exempted, and ad valorem and sales taxes paid on qualifying production
