Public officials at municipal, county, and state levels are prohibited from entering nondisclosure agreements that would prevent disclosure of information about public funds, financial obligations, incentives, or impacts on land use, infrastructure, water, or power

Public officials cannot negotiate or pursue any public-funded project if another party requires nondisclosure as a condition of discussion or due diligence

Any nondisclosure agreement entered in violation of this law is automatically void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and are grounds for termination of employment or removal from office

Any Wyoming resident has standing to seek declaratory judgment or injunctive relief to void agreements entered in violation; the law applies only to agreements entered after the effective date
