Prohibits the state from denying or interfering with a person's right to an abortion prior to fetal viability or when necessary to protect the patient's life or health

Authorizes physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, and other health care providers to perform abortions within their scope of practice

Establishes unauthorized abortions as a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment, a fine up to $5,000, or both—but explicitly exempts the patient from any criminal penalty

Protects individuals and private medical facilities from being required to participate in abortions if they object, and prohibits employment discrimination based on participation or refusal to participate

Repeals existing conflicting Wyoming statutes (W.S. 35-6-120 through 35-6-139, 35-6-201 through 35-6-204, 35-6-301 and 35-6-302) and takes effect immediately upon enactment
