Repeals Wyoming's existing statutory homeowner tax exemption (W.S. 39-11-105(a)(xlvi)) if voters approve a people's initiative implementing a separate homeowner's property tax exemption

The repeal is triggered when the Secretary of State certifies voter approval of the initiative and the initiative-based exemption is enacted into law

If the voter-approved initiative takes effect for the tax year beginning January 1, 2027, the current statutory exemption would not apply for that same tax year, preventing duplicate exemptions

Effective date: July 1, 2026
