Amends W.S. 17-29-701 to allow courts to award damages, reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs when an application for LLC dissolution is denied and found to be made in bad faith

Bad faith includes situations where the applicant caused or created the facts and circumstances they alleged as grounds for dissolution

Awards may be granted to the limited liability company or any party defending against the dissolution proceeding

Applies to dissolution proceedings brought under W.S. 17-29-701(a)(v) on or after July 1, 2026
