Prohibits intentionally harassing, pursuing, hunting, shooting, injuring, or killing wildlife or predatory animals using ground vehicles (automotive vehicles, trailers, motor-propelled wheeled vehicles, snowmobiles) on public lands in Wyoming

Maintains existing statewide prohibition on using aircraft or ground vehicles to take licensed wildlife, protected species, or threatened/endangered species

Continues to allow aircraft use for taking predatory animals, and exempts government agencies and their contractors performing lawful duties from aircraft restrictions

Requires the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission to promulgate rules to implement the act

Effective July 1, 2026, with rulemaking authority effective immediately upon enactment
