Increases normal retirement benefit multipliers for Wyoming Retirement System members effective July 1, 2026: the first 15 years of service credit rises from 2.125% to 2.25% of highest average salary, and years exceeding 15 rises from 2.25% to 2.375%

Members initially employed after August 31, 2012 receive an increase from 2% to 2.125% of highest average salary multiplied by years of service credit

Applies retroactively to all members whose benefits are calculated under the affected statutes, including those who retired before July 1, 2026

Repeals W.S. 9-3-453 and 9-3-454(a)(ii) and (iii) as obsolete provisions

Requires the Wyoming Retirement System to take any action necessary to implement the changes, with implementation provisions effective immediately upon enactment
