Repeals the existing Schedule I listing for marijuana (tetrahydrocannabinols) found in W.S. 35-7-1014(d)(xiii)

Updates statutory spelling from "marihuana" to "marijuana" throughout the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act

Requires the commissioner of drugs and substance control to promulgate rules necessary to implement the rescheduling

Effective date of July 1, 2026
