Amends W.S. 7-13-402(b) to clarify that prisoners become ineligible for parole if convicted in district court OR found guilty through the Wyoming Department of Corrections administrative hearing process for assault or escape while serving their sentence

Adds administrative disciplinary findings as a basis for parole ineligibility, not just judicial convictions

Effective date: July 1, 2026
