Board of Land Commissioners must transfer approximately 3,381 acres in Natrona County to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources for development as a state park, with transfer to begin no later than July 1, 2027

Transfer will be at fair market value determined by appraisal, with sale proceeds deposited into the common school account within the permanent land fund

$6,500,000 appropriated from the general fund to the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources for land procurement and mineral lease disposition, available through June 30, 2028

Department of State Parks must complete a site criteria process and report to the Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Interim Committee by October 1, 2027

Board of Land Commissioners authorized to negotiate disposition of any existing mineral leases on the property to facilitate the transfer
