Qualifying prior offenses include theft, shoplifting, larceny, wrongful taking or disposal of property, livestock rustling, municipal ordinance violations, and similar offenses from other jurisdictions

Penalties for unlawful use of theft detection shielding devices increase from 6 months/$750 to 1 year/$1,500
